Historical Stock Financials

Overview

The QuantQuote Stock Financials API provides structured quarterly and annual financial statement data for US-listed equities. Each record contains key line items from the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, along with pre-calculated profitability ratios. This data enables fundamental analysis, financial modelling, and the construction of factor-based investment strategies without the need to parse raw SEC filings.

The API accepts a ticker and a period type (quarterly or annual) and returns the full available history of financial filings. Each record includes over 60 data fields covering revenue, earnings, assets, liabilities, equity, cash flows, and key ratios such as ROA, ROE, ROIC, gross margin, and operating margin. Data is returned in JSON or CSV format.
